Brazilian Jiu-jitsu origins in greece?
I am not sure if this is true, but I been searching for origins of bjj and my jurney through time and history took me back to beaches and streets of Brazil, then Japan Samuris, back to China Kung fu, then India Buddhist Monks and then all the way back to back to macedonian fighters under alexander the great and fighters in the old olympic greece. It seems that every step of the way this art was improved adopted and enhanced. But some stuff goes all the way back to Olympic games in old greece.

Main reason I am asking this is paradox of this petition, if that is true and origin of Brazilian jiu-jitsu are olympic games in old greece to start with and was later banned by some politicians.
